For weekly group practice sessions, practice lasts approximately 40 minutes, although you may leave early as needed. It includes:

25 minute Zazen
Brief reflection from the practice leader
Four Great Vows
10 minute Zazen
Approx. 15 minute Dharma Talk
Q&A and Group discussion
Retreats are extended versions of practice, with the following elements:
Four Great Vows + Brief Chanting
Most of the time: extended blocks that repeatedly alternate
25 minute Zazen
5 minute walking meditation
1:1 meetings (Dokusan) with the organizer for practice questions or Koan practice. Occurs during Zazen/Walking time blocks.
